Providing remote support

Here's a guide to what you'll need to do in order to offer remote support:

• Download and sign up
• Click 'Find Contacts'.
• Click on 'I will enter the email address myself'.
• Enter email address of the person you want as a contact and follow our simple wizard.
• You will be set up as a contact already for them when they sign-up.
