What is Web Share?

Web Share gives customers the option to host online meetings and Share their screens with contacts who are not on the desktop client. Participants of a Web Share do not need to download anything and can be part of a meeting through their own browser of choice.

How to start a web share

Here's a guide to what you'll need to do in order to start a Web Share:

• Click on the 'Web Share' button.
• Distribute the online meeting room website link and PIN number.
• You will be notified as people join your meeting room.
• When you are ready - click on 'Show' to start showing your desktop.
• Click on 'End' to stop showing your desktop at any time.
