What do I do if I forget my password

If you can not sign in because you have lost your password, don't worry! Here's what you need to do to reset your password:

• Open up the desktop client application.
• On the sign-in window, click on "Forgotten your password?" (below the entry box for your password).
• You will be re-directed to your Desktop Communication Client page where you can enter in your new password.
